The traditional view, and widely distributed, about "doing business "is related almost instantly with the aggressiveness. Many times have we heard such expressions as that company is "doing business aggressively" or that such person is aggressive for business."
Now, I would characterize the action of doing business with the concept of harmless.
One who came to the state of harmlessness, may find that is everywhere and lives as a conscious soul, whose nature is love and whose method is inclusiveness, so that all forms are equal in the sense that they are blurred and hide the light of what is simple.
If we translate this idea into a business organization, we might as well say that this would be achieved truly understanding the needs of others, in this case the client without any feelings or convenience. This will produce instantaneous response to real need, that is the hallmark of enlightened beings.
Doing business is to perceive harmless internal cause that produces the conditions observed in the outer life and from this point of wisdom, can be real help and guidance.
Tired of aggressive business, I choose to do harmless business for harmless customers, inoffensive suppliers, harmless partners and harmless employees. Thus I have certainty of what we produce in life: care in the judgement, reluctance to speak, ability to refrain from any impulsive act and to demonstrate a spirit free from criticism. Thus, the forces of true love are the ones which vitalize the essence of an inoffensive organization, will pass freely and lead to right action.
Harmlessness in business, is based on the understanding and control of the personality of the organization by the "soul of the organization, which has undeniably spiritual expression in the daily life of the company. Emanates from the ability to penetrate the consciousness and understanding of our client, and when it is achieved, all is forgiven and is lost in the desire to help and assist.
Finally we can summarize the idea of doing harmless business in this way: Let's do businesses so that they will be harmless, then, the thoughts, actions and words of the company will not produce any damage. This is not negative harmlessness, but a difficult and positive activity.
If we disclose, practiced and apply the harmless form of doing business and this was extended universally, order would emerge from chaos, love group would replace the personal selfishness, the unit would take the place of intolerance and we would have instead of debauchery, control over excessive ambitions.
